The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor, M/s A.P.J. Laboratories Limited, commenced vide order dated 22.05.2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (Court – II), in CP (IB) No. 161/CHD/HP/2023.
Further, the Hon’ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench (Court – II), vide the aforesaid order, appointed Ms. Pooja Damir Miglani, bearing IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N001189/2021-22/13994, as the Interim Resolution Professional (“IRP”) of the Corporate Debtor in accordance with the provisions of Sections 13(1)(c), 16(1), and 16(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”).
Pursuant to Section 17 of the Code, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stand suspended with effect from 22.05.2026, and such powers are now vested in the IRP/RP.
Subsequent thereto, the IRP made a Public Announcement in two newspapers, namely, Financial Express (“English Edition”) and Amar Ujala (“Hindi Edition”), on 24.05.2026 inviting claims from various stakeholders in the matter of M/s A.P.J. Laboratories Limited. As per the Public Announcement, the last date for submission of claims is 05.06.2026.
